It’s finally here! One of our favorite months of the year, Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (DDAM). Governor Tony Evers has officially proclaimed March as DD Awareness Month in Wisconsin! The campaign seeks to raise awareness about the contributions of people with developmental disabilities make in all areas of community life, as well as awareness to the barriers that people with disabilities still face in connecting to the communities in which they live.
