Every five years, the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) submits a plan to the federal government focused on improving the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) through full inclusion and participation in all aspects of community life.

After collecting ideas from over 500 people, BPDD has drafted a 2027-2031 State Plan. We are looking for input on our proposed state plan from communities around the state!

There are three ways for you to share comments on our drafted 5-year state plan:

  1. Attend a virtual listening session on 4/29 or 5/5
  2. Fill out a survey
  3. Mail or Email comments to BPDD staff
