“For over 10 years, Jarod underwent therapy, which played a crucial role in his personal growth and development. During this time, he discovered his passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities. His internship experience at Oshkosh Corporation provided him with a platform to make a significant impact.
Jarod’s initiative led him to create the first-ever Autism Awareness event called “Autism Always Unique.” This event garnered immense attention and became one of the most well-attended events of the year. Through his efforts, Jarod successfully raised awareness about autism and fostered a more inclusive environment within his community.”
