If you are not registered, you may register online if you have a Wisconsin driver\u2019s license or Wisconsin state ID card.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have a Wisconsin State ID or Driver\u2019s License you can still register to vote using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elections.wi.gov\/forms\/el-131-fillable\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the\u00a0paper registration form<\/a>. You\u2019ll need an acceptable proof of residence document and the last 4 digits of your social security #.<\/li>\n<li>Voter registration questions? You can access the videos on our website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/disabilityvote.org\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">disabilityvote.org\/videos<\/a>.
