This day of transformation will include specific how-to\u2019s around:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating and managing change<\/li>\n<li>Transforming organizational culture and practices<\/li>\n<li>Connecting, building community around individuals, and fostering natural supports<\/li>\n<li>Supporting individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals<\/li>\n<li>Operating an organization dedicated to helping people live full lives in the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will forgo the traditional conference format in exchange for highly interactive opportunities to collectively think about all components of a full life, the skills and supports needed to participate, ways service providers can adapt how they provide supports, and how to bill for supports within Wisconsin\u2019s long-term care programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Event Details and Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Registration Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Standard registration- $125 each<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Organizations with five or more registrants- $100 each with volume discount<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Individuals with Disabilities and family members of individuals with disabilities- $30 each<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a
