To capitalize on these strengths and gifts, we must invest in our employment service staff so that they embody the values and skills needed to support people with disabilities in CIE.<\/p>\n
This guide was developed for Supported Employment Program Managers\/Supervisors. It contains strategies and essential resources your agency can use to increase competitive integrated employment (CIE) outcomes. We hope this guide helps agencies across Wisconsin identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies and best practices that will result in more people with disabilities working in CIE.<\/p>\n
