To capitalize on these strengths and gifts, we must invest in our employment service staff so that they embody the values and skills needed to support people with disabilities in CIE.<\/p>\n<p>This guide was developed for Supported Employment Program Managers\/Supervisors. It contains strategies and essential resources your agency can use to increase competitive integrated employment (CIE) outcomes.
