We want to partner with businesses<\/strong>\u00a0interested in hiring more people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).\u00a0 We also want to partner with\u00a0Supported Employment Service Providers<\/strong>\u00a0wanting to strengthen their approach with businesses to reduce on-site job coaching services. \u00a0<\/p>\n For Businesses<\/strong>:<\/p>\n We will provide grant funds and technical assistance to WI-based businesses so that they can tap into new talent and learn best practices for finding, hiring, and supporting workers with IDD.\u00a0<\/p>\n Grantees will receive technical assistance from a BPDD project consultant to plan and implement their hiring initiative.<\/p>\n Check out the\u00a0application<\/a>\u00a0for more information.
