Join us March 30th from 12-1pm for a community conversation about dementia services and I\/DD. The Department of Health Services is looking to gather feedback in order to develop their 2024-2028 State Dementia Plan. These conversations, will help to identify challenges and solutions that will help the state improve our dementia care systems. Notes from conversations will be compiled and analyzed to shape the next plan, published in early 2024. Your comments and these notes will be sent in without your name.\u00a0<\/p>\n
