Every five years, the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) submits a plan to the federal government focused on improving the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I\/DD) through full inclusion and participation in all aspects of community life.<\/p>\n

After collecting ideas from over 500 people, BPDD has drafted a 2027-2031 State Plan. You can read the plain language and full version using the buttons below.<\/p>\n

There are three ways you can share comments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Join a listening session<\/strong> to hear about the plan and to share your thoughts.\n

    2. May 5th, 2026, 12:00-1:00pm: Registration (English)<\/a>, Registration (Spanish)<\/a>, Registration (Hmong)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
